Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and professionals in selecting suitable training programs and certifications.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries about courses and admissions.
• Conduct career counseling sessions to understand learners’ goals and match them with the right programs.
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and admission data in CRM tools.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in admissions counseling, education sales, or career guidance preferred.
• Ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms, IT certifications, or higher education sector is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
