Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research target markets (colleges, corporates, and individual learners) to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our IT training solutions effectively.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and pipeline status in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
- Knowledge of IT training, certifications, or EdTech industry is a plus.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
