To strengthen our B2B presence, we are hiring a Corporate Training Business Development Officer who will focus on enterprise sales, corporate tie-ups, and training partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients for customized training solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and CXO-level decision-makers.
- Pitch and present workforce upskilling programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design corporate training proposals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or B2B partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand workforce training needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with corporate training industry, EdTech, or IT services sales.
- Result-driven with the ability to work under targets.
