Key Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and course advisory services to students and working professionals.
• Guide learners in selecting the right training & certification programs aligned with their goals.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, webinars, and orientation programs.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and showcasing course value.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate student counseling and enrollment data in CRM systems.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Prior experience in student guidance, career counseling, or education advisory roles.
• Ability to analyze learner needs and recommend the most suitable programs.
• Knowledge of career opportunities in IT, certifications, and EdTech preferred.
