Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students, professionals, and institutions on suitable training programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound sales calls to convert leads into enrollments.
• Conduct career counseling sessions, webinars, and workshops for prospective learners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate data of leads and interactions using CRM tools.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, persuasion, and counseling skills.
• Proven experience in education sales, admissions, or EdTech counseling.
• Ability to understand learners’ career goals and match them with training programs.
• Knowledge of career development, IT training, or certifications is an advantage.
