We are seeking a motivated Growth Executive – Training & Certifications to drive sales, partnerships, and learner enrollments, playing a key role in scaling our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrollments and B2B corporate tie-ups for training & certification programs.
- Identify growth opportunities in academic partnerships, corporate training, and individual learners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports on key growth metrics.
- Build long-term client and institutional relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth roles in EdTech / training sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to understand learner & institutional needs and provide tailored training solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about career growth in EdTech.
