We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound leads, engage with potential learners and institutions, and help drive course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential leads.
- Explain course offerings, training benefits, and career opportunities to prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students and clients.
- Basic understanding of IT training & certification industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and a quick learner.
