We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales & CRM Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales activities while managing CRM systems to ensure smooth lead management, effective follow-ups, and higher conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospective learners.
- Explain training programs, career benefits, and certification pathways.
- Manage leads effectively using CRM tools; track interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in inside sales, CRM management, or EdTech enrollments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Target-driven, proactive, and tech-savvy.
