We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales pipeline. You will play a vital role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, helping us expand our reach across B2C (students & professionals), B2B (corporates), and academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new prospects and target markets.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and social media outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and increase lead conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead data, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
- Knowledge of EdTech, IT training, or B2B sales preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
