Key Responsibilities

• Consult with students, working professionals, and corporate clients to understand their learning needs.
• Recommend suitable training and certification programs based on career or business goals.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, and webinars to engage prospects.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to design customized learning pathways.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and demonstrating value.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in career counseling, education sales, or corporate training solutions.
• Ability to understand market trends and align solutions with client requirements.
• Knowledge of IT certifications and professional training programs preferred.
