We are seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Executive to establish and nurture strategic collaborations with corporates, academic institutions, and EdTech platforms that can expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporates, universities, training institutes, and industry bodies.
• Create alliances with technology vendors and platforms to enhance course offerings.
• Drive joint initiatives, co-branded events, and training programs with partners.
• Negotiate agreements, partnership contracts, and revenue-sharing models.
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure successful execution of alliances.
• Track performance of partnerships and prepare ROI reports for management.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in partnership development, business alliances, or B2B collaborations.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Knowledge of EdTech ecosystem, corporate training, or academic tie-ups is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify win-win opportunities.
