We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, and fueling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and identify decision-makers in colleges, corporates, and individual learner segments.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of EdTech, IT training, or certification sales is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
