We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, and fueling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and identify decision-makers in colleges, corporates, and individual learner segments.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
  • Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of EdTech, IT training, or certification sales is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
