We are hiring a passionate Sales & Enrollment Specialist who will be responsible for guiding students and professionals through the admissions journey, ensuring they choose the right learning path, and driving enrollments to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Explain training programs, career benefits, and certification pathways clearly.
- Guide learners through the end-to-end enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
- Maintain accurate enrollment data in CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in education sales, student counseling, or EdTech enrollments.
- Ability to handle objections, provide solutions, and close enrollments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and EdTech platforms is a plus.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping learners grow.
