We are seeking a motivated Student Success & Sales Executive to ensure learners achieve their career goals while also contributing to our enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide students through the end-to-end enrollment process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, support, and feedback.
  • Ensure student success by tracking progress, resolving issues, and offering career guidance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to drive enrollments.
  • Work closely with the academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and success targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in student counseling, sales, or learner success roles preferred.
  • Ability to balance both sales targets and student support responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of EdTech industry, IT training, and certification programs is a plus.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
