We are seeking a motivated Student Success & Sales Executive to ensure learners achieve their career goals while also contributing to our enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through the end-to-end enrollment process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, support, and feedback.
- Ensure student success by tracking progress, resolving issues, and offering career guidance.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to drive enrollments.
- Work closely with the academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and success targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in student counseling, sales, or learner success roles preferred.
- Ability to balance both sales targets and student support responsibilities.
- Knowledge of EdTech industry, IT training, and certification programs is a plus.
- Empathetic, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
