We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Sales Coordinator to support our sales and training teams. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and internal teams to maximize sales efficiency and learner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage training schedules, enrollments, and client requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients, trainers, and operations teams.
- Assist sales executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and training agreements.
- Track and maintain accurate records of training programs, enrollments, and sales performance.
- Support in follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure timely closures.
- Handle queries from learners and ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, training operations, or EdTech support roles.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
